Compliance means your club meets its legal and regulatory obligations to maintain incorporated society or charitable status. 

Key aspects include:

Ø  You meet your obligations under the applicable acts of parliament: Charities Act 2005 or Incorporated Societies Act 2022 

Ø  Your constitution meets all requirements (LINK to applicable Governance pages)

Ø  You file appropriate annual returns and meet any other reporting obligations

Ø  Your other financial structures align with requirements of the Acts (LINK to applicable Finance pages).
